In our 200 sqm warehouse, we maintain a large stock of our most popular products in the main shades, ready for delivery. For any items not in stock, our production lead times are extremely short.
Our production is tracked by batches. For every batch, a sample is archived and stored for several years. This allows us to perform thorough testing even after an entire batch has been sold, should a customer report any printing issues.
This process enables us to effectively manage customer concerns and determine whether the issue stems from incorrect ink application, a production error, or a potential problem with raw material supplies.
We are constantly searching for high-quality raw material suppliers at the best market prices, as we understand that final product pricing is crucial in such a competitive industry.
At the same time, guaranteeing product quality is fundamental. For this reason, we have implemented a supplier evaluation procedure based on well-defined standards, taking into account both product quality and delivery times.
In the production of Colorprint inks, all processes—from supplier evaluation and batch tracking to the management of "non-conformities" reported by customers—are codified and subject to an annual audit by an external certification body.
In fact, we operate under an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, certified for Colorprint Italia by TÜV. This certification attests to Colorprint's ability to continuously monitor and improve its production processes: this ensures our customers consistent ink quality over time and a technical support service that is always attentive to the customer's needs and expectations.
In 2019, Colorprint Spa—always attentive to environmental issues—also obtained the ISO 14001 certification, demonstrating the company's commitment to protecting the environment and the planet.
