  • Used in the spray powder units of the printing press.
  • Use minimal amounts on prints that require subsequent varnishing.
  • Particle size: max 12–15 µm.

K 212/2 ANTI-SET-OFF PASTE

Characteristics and Applications

  • Vegetable-based anti-set-off paste.
  • Reduces potential set-off phenomena, facilitating high-pile printing.
  • The effect is lower than that of anti-set-off powder.
  • Add 2–3% maximum to the ink in the fountain.
  • Higher quantities can cause buildup on the distribution rollers.
  • Active particle size: max 7 µm.
